We at Sight and Sound have one goal in mind, and that’s to help children with sight or sound disabilities. We give our best and are always honest about what we do, but if for whatever reason you wish to raise a complaint, you can do so with the below form.

We investigate all complaints about our fundraising methods & the people that assist us.

We understand that there may be occasions when you may not be happy with the service you have received. If we have failed to meet your expectations, we ask that you let us know, so we can rectify and improve this issue.

If you are unable to make your complaint in writing, please call 0203 745 1625. If no one can answer your call, please leave a voicemail, contact number and name, so a member of our team will call you back.
