Who we are
Sight and Sound is a fundraising company that helps children with sight or sound disabilities raise money or buy equipment to make their lives easier.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

Return/ Refund Policy
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
If for whatever reason you would like a refund, please contact us first. We have a 30-day refund policy and use must return the goods back to us in original or near-original condition. We may offer a partial refund for items with defects.
You may also get a refund for any money you donate. Please notify us within 14 days of the initial donation and we will do our best. As always you can see where your money is going by following our regular updates on social media and for any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Stripe Payments
We currently use Stripe to process our online payments. Stripe is an industry leader in payment processing and data protection.
You can read their terms here and their payments terms here. We only store your email address via Stripe, it is Stripe that handle all your bank and address details. We don’t store any Bank details on our servers or computers, as Stripe handle all payment processing.
If you want to delete your Payment Credentials with Stripe, stop storing information using Stripe Checkout, or change your settings, please contact stripe.
You also see additional terms by clicking this link. We reserved the right to cancel or refund your donation at any time we suspect fraud or other deceptive ways. We may contact the local authorities if we notice something strange.

Sight and Sound Global does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

How long do we retain your data

We also use a CDN (Content Delivery Network) to host our site around the world and protect us from malicious activity. We use this for speeding the site up and making deliverability easier. Have an anti-spamming and hacking tool in place. So we need to record IP Addresses and match them against our database to prevent computer hacking.
